  • I have the right to refuse any commission request for ANY reason

  • Full payment is due after sketch is approved at the latest

  • No refunds once the final product is delivered.

  • My TAT is typically a few days to 1-2 weeks depending on the type of piece and other commissioned pieces. If I need any more time than this, I will communicate it to you ASAP.

  • Commissions are for personal use only unless discussed before

  • No major changes will be made after the sketch is approved

  • Files can be sent via Toyhouse, email, or Discord

  • Progress updates will be posted on my Trello for your convenience

  • I may post completed commission work on my social medias

  • Please credit me if posting the art online

  • Do not feed my art into any form of AI

  • Do not remove my watermark or alter my work in any way without my consent
